SD-400 Analog Recorder

The SD-400 offers the unique flexibility of Call Recording by operating in a Stand-Alone mode without being connected to a PC or network, or can be used in a networked environmnt allowing distributed review of the calls over the customer network.

In Stand-Alone Mode the SD-400 Call Recorder is connected to up to 4 Analog CO lines and records then stores all calls on the built-in SD card. The device comes standard with an 8 Gb SD card allowing up to 1,280 hours of storage. The calls can be reviewed and played on the SD-400 Recorder or calls can be transferred from the SD card to a PC and reviewed on the PC using the player software that is included.

In Networked Mode the SD-400 Call Recorder will record up to 4 Analog CO Lines and records and stores the calls on the built-in SD Card. The device comes standard with an 8 Gb SD card allowing up to 1,280 hours of storage. When connected to the customer network calls can be reviewed, played and transferred to a PC with the included SD-400 Management Software.

The SD-400 Call Recorder was designed to meet the needs and requirements of most users. The Phone Call Recording Device can be set to record analog lines or any audio signal such as radio channels if desired.

Management & Player Software

The SD-400 comes with Management Player software that allows you to transfer calls from the device to a computer (if connected in network mode) and play the calls.

Network Log Management Interface

The Network Log Manager allows you to interface via Local Area Network and review the calls stored on the SD-400. Calls can be played directly from the Network Log Manager or transferred to your PC for storage and review with the included player software.

Player Software

The Player Software allows you to sort and search the call records based on Date, Time, Duration, Digits Dialed, Caller ID or Comments. You can email or export the files in our proprietary .xtr format or in .wav format. Comments added to the file become a part of the call record and can be used for searches.
