BackOffice Solution:
The BackOffice IP Recorder Solution uses our new BackOffice 4ip software. The BackOffice 4iP Recorder is capable of recording IP traffic as well as Digital or Analog ports using our Digital and Analog Recording products (Dig04,Dig16, Ana02/04/08). Existing BackOffice customers can upgrade to the BackOffice 4iP solution quickly and easily.

To record IP Phones, the BackOffice 4iP Recorder is connected to mirroring Switched Port Analyzer (SPAN) ports of the network switches that reflect the traffic to be recorded. VoIP recording is available with every telephony environment that uses standard Real Time Protocol (RTP) for the voice packets. You identify which IP phones you want to record as well as connect any Digital Phones and or Analog devices and program in the same manner as the previous BackOffice software. The screen shot below shows the Recorder with 2 VoiP phones and 4 Digital Phones (Unit Type) being monitored on the same system:

XTR BackOffice 4iP Recorder Software resides on a PC in the Telephone System room, it is the Call Recorder Software that works in conjunction with the IP Recording, Digital 04 Telephone Call Recorder, Digital 16 Phone Recorder, Analogue 02, Analogue 04 or Analogue 08 hardware solutions and becomes the Phone Recorder Software that drives these devices . The Telephone Recorders are connected to the data/telecom network (for ip recording), station or line wiring and then to the Telephone Recording PC using a provided USB cable. BackOffice Recorder Telephone Recording Software provides a true digital centralized Phone Call Recording solution for both large and small applications.

BackOffice 4iP PC Phone Recording Software runs as a full-time service utility to Record Phone Calls to and from every connected telephone or line. On PBXs where caller ID is supported, the Telephone Recorder Software will also capture the Caller ID and number dialed of every call and make part of the call record.
