XtR Desktop
XTR Desktop Recorder and Player is provided as standard with the Universal Adapter and Digital 01 Hardware solutions. It provides the Desktop User with the ability to Record either on Demand or Automatically as well as provide an effective and robust Player application for searching and sorting through recorded calls.
XtR BackOffice
XTR BackOffice Recorder resides on a Server in your PBX room and provides the intelligence to record up to 48 channels on one PC. From this software, each channel (extension) can be stored in an individual folder, adjusted for recording volume, managed for storage allocations etc. BackOffice Recorder is paired with other XTR Professional Packages to deliver a complete BackOffice Recording Solution.
XtR Call Manager
XTR Call Manager 2.0 built on the robust Microsoft .net framework and designed to manipulate large volumes of recordings, Call Manager is the first in a line of Professional Applications designed to provide the manager or supervisor the ability to quickly and easily gain access to important calls.
XtR Reporter
The XTR Reporter package is an invaluable tool for Supervisors needing detailed reports on agent activity. XTR Reporter also adds advanced playback functionality for listening to recordings more efficiently. XtR Reporter Pro
As the high-end package, XTR ReporterPro takes all of the XTR Reporter features and adds our Call Score Agent Assessment module.
