MultiCorder BRI/PRI connects to most of the Basic Rate (BRI) and Primary Rate (PRI E1/T1) services and records every call on your outgoing lines. If you require Extension Side detail or Departmental Detail, our BackOffice software connects to the Station Message Detail Information (SMDI) output of your phone system and matches calls recorded on your lines with calls made/taken on the extension side of your phone system.  MultiCorder BRI/PRI is SMDI compatible with most of the popular phone systems on the market.
